At Eastertime…

Glad påsk

We just celebrated the arrival of Spring season and Easter is already at the door.

It is time to decor our tables and these products of the earth have been a blissful inspiration for my eyes and my palate.

Wishing everybody beautiful Easter holidays <3

Natural light

Natural Light

In my sketchbook an elegant urban lamp and its wrought ironed swirls is the subject of my drawing on this Saturday at the end of May. Indeed, these are the days natural light stays with us longer and longer and if you look up to the sky, perhaps you will see also little swallows fly and cheerfully play ring-a-ring-a-roses. Wishing everybody a good Sunday and be safe!

On Mother’s Day

Mors Dag

On Mother’s Day in Italy, I have chosen this picture I took some time ago for celebrating and dedicating it to all women and Mothers in the world, because the beauty in their eyes will never fade and will be always in the heart of their own children.

Hibiscus flowers in January

“I was for a while troubled with the haunting fear that if I handled the flower freely its bloom would fade—the sweet charm of freshness would leave it. I did not know then that it was no transitory blossom, but rather the radiant resemblance of one, cut in an indestructible gem.”

― Charlotte Brontë, Jane Eyre

Majestic nature comes out of the pencil.

According to Novalis,”the Poet understands nature better than a scientific mind does”. Are you the same opinion?
